Head of Digital marketing department

Our client: prospering media company based in Paris, Sofia and Montreal offering its employees a challenging job that requires them to grow

The main role of the position is analyzing and interpreting data to improve the events specific advertising campaigns, digging deep for specific worldwide regions insights and creating efficient digital media strategies and plans that meet budget and target goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing digital media strategies and plans to make sure marketing campaigns reach their target audience in the most effective possible way per country / region
  • Benchmarking online media trends in each region / market specifics per country
  • Analyzing historical data and website traffic and assessing the impact and suitability of different media types used to target audiences per markets based on previous results
  • Analyzing the post-campaign results and recommending refinements for the future campaigns
  • Setting up strategic priority and budget distribution among different types of channels
  • Managing a team of seven digital experts

 

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics or related
  • Experience as online/ digital media planner or similar - at least 2 years (incl. Google 360 or programmatic networks)
  • Deep knowledge of online media formats and content types available globally and locally
  • Proven track record for web traffic analysis and marketing campaigns results
  • Experience with international markets and/or specific regions
  • Great analytical skills and data-driven thinking, experience with analytics tools
  • Ability to work across teams and with a variety of stakeholders
  • Proven people management skills
