Marketing Manager

Main Responsibilities:
- Implementation of the annual plan for the respective product portfolio for Bulgaria and North Macedonia in order to ensure target results;
- Developing of brands vision, footprint, positioning, packaging, and marketing communications;
- Monitoring of categories and brands strategies implementation and targets accomplishment;
- Developing brands strategies that create consumer engagement and loyalty;
- Organizing, controlling and analyzing the effect of promotion and advertising activities for customers along with and in cooperation with the Trade Marketing Manager;
- Constantly evaluating, analyzing and recommending new areas of business in terms of brands expansion;
- Managing one subordinate – a product manager;
- Working closely with creative and media agencies;
- Direct reporting to General Manager
Candidate Profile:
- University degree in Marketing, Economics or related;
- Min 1 - 2 years of experience as category or senior brand manager within FMCG business;
- Work experience with Retail panel;
- Proven analytical skills – ability to “read” data and retrieve conclusions;
- Rapid Response authoring to create / modify resources, worksheets, dashboard and alerts;
- Pro-activeness and effective interpersonal skills;
- Ability to lead multiple brand-related projects independently;
- Works under minimal direction;
- Effective interpersonal skills and business maturity in communication with both internal and external individuals;
- Possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to communicate concisely and in a timely manner to clients’ requests;
- Experience in multinational organization;
- Excellent English (written and spoken).
