The process

TAURUS Consultants has developed its own process and methodology for Employer Brand management. It goes in three stages:

  1. Audit of the current status of Employer Brand
  2. Re-designing and creating a clear, genuine and understandable key promise to the employees of the company values as Employer
  3. Creating a communication strategy and indicators to assess the effectiveness

Employer Brand Audit is the first step in which TAURUS consultants study the current status of the Employer Brand through the methods of quantitative and qualitative research for its internal audiences (employees) and external audiences (potential and former employees).

The quantitative study is conducted through the use on-line based platform and can cover a large number of respondents. The external and internal audiences research covers the 5 main factors for working well-being (economic parameters, prestige, career development, interest and community). The current employees research uses 13 more factors.

The qualitative research uses the methods of face to face interviews, workshops and desk research.

 

The result is an Analytical report with recommendations for the development of the Employer Brand, associated with the image of the organization, employees’ identification with it, leadership, trust, justified and unjustified employee expectations, the feeling of support, critical moments in the selection process, recruitment and retention, intention of leaving and others.

After providing the Analytical report with recommendations, TAURUS Consultants will remain available to assist in the next 2 stages of the Employer Brand Management:
