The process
First stage: Defining profiles of the position and the candidate. Concept of business and working environment. Drawing up an action plan.
Second stage: Market research. Identifying appropriate business fields and companies. Preparing a Target list .
Third stage: Discuss potential candidates with the client and categorize in A,B,C categories.
Forth stage: Targeting the appropriate candidates and making a direct contact with them, followed up by an interview and respective evaluation.
Fifth stage: Developing a Final list of candidates – between 3 and 5 candidates for the position. Preparing Confidential report for each candidate from the short list (CV, personal & professional profile)
Sixth stage: Reference checking
Seventh stage: Follow up the performance of the chosen candidate (6 months)
